PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN & TRAINEE GEM Resourcing is recruiting on behalf of our client, an established pest control business with over 50 years of industry experience. Our client is looking for two new team members to join their team in full-time positions: an experienced Pest Control Technician and a Trainee/Apprentice.
Experienced in pest control? If you hold a full or provisional pest control licence and are looking for a new opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
Looking for a career change or just starting? No experience is needed for the trainee position. Our client is happy to train the right person and cover the cost of the required courses and qualifications.

What will you be doing? - Carrying out pest control treatments at residential and commercial properties
- Inspecting properties for signs of pest activity
- Treating and managing pest and termite problems
- Providing great service to customers
- Following industry regulations and company procedures
What are we looking for? - A current Australian manual driver's licence
- You'll need a full or provisional pest control licence ( for Technician Position)
- The ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- A friendly, positive attitude
- Someone reliable and willing to learn
- Good problem-solving skills
- A strong focus on customer service
- The ability to pass criminal history and driver's licence checks
