We’re seeking a motivated
Driller Offsider to join an experienced RC Drilling Team working on an operating gold mine. This is an entry-level opportunity to get your foot in the door with a well-established drilling crew, offering long-term career progression and real skill development.
What’s on Offer:- FIFO roster on a 2:1 swing
- Work alongside a stable and professional RC Drilling Crew
- Site experience on a producing Gold Mine
- Flights depart on Friday afternoons
- Ongoing training and mentoring from an established team
- Genuine pathway to advance into a Driller position for the right candidate
Role Requirements:- Current
HR Driver’s Licence (essential)
- Experience is
desirable but not essential – we welcome applicants eager to learn
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team focus
- Safety-first mindset
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Interest in building a long-term career in drilling
