GEM Resourcing is currently recruiting for multiple
Trade Qualified Boilermaker/Welders for a long-term opportunities based locally in Perth varying from South to North.

You will be working on large structural components in a well-organised workshop.
About the Role
We are seeking experienced tradespeople with strong
structural fabrication, welding, and pipe fitting experience. Our clients have a close-knit, family-style culture and is ideally suited to someone seeking long-term employment and job security.
While this is a hands-on trades role, you will also work closely with the Supervisor and assist with coordinating workflow on the floor, setting standards and supporting the team where required.
Essential Skills & Experience To be considered, you must demonstrate:
- Trade qualification in Boilermaking / Fabrication
- Strong fabrication experience (essential)
- Proven experience working with heavy structural steel (essential)
- Pipe fitting experience (essential)
- Competent MIG & TIG welding skills
- Ability to read and interpret workshop and engineering drawings
- Experience setting up jigs and fixtures
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Requirements - Currently based in Perth, WA
- Full Australian working rights
- Two recent, contactable employer references
- Clean police clearance
- Able to pass a medical and drug and alcohol
