GEM Resourcing are currently seeking experienced
Boilermaker/Welders to join one of our clients busy and well-established workshop in Hazelmere. This role is ideal for skilled tradespeople with a strong background in heavy fabrication and mobile equipment rebuilds.
With multiple major rebuild projects underway, this is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work in a stable, high-performing team.
The Role You will be working across a range of heavy fabrication and repair scopes, including:
- Mobile equipment repairs and maintenance
- Machine rebuilds (track frame rebuilds and grader A-frame assemblies)
- Structural fabrication and welding in a workshop environment
- Thermal lancing and arc air gouging
Roster & Hours - 2-week rotating roster (days & nights)
- Day Shift: 6:00am – 5:00pm
- Night Shift: 5:00pm – 5:00am (Sunday to Thursday)
Key Requirements - Trade qualified Boilermaker / Welder
- Strong experience in FCAW welding in all positions
- Proven background in heavy fabrication and rebuild work
- Experience with mobile equipment repairs
- Competent in thermal lancing and arc air gouging
Highly Regarded - Forklift ticket
- Confined Space certification
- Working at Heights ticket
