Known for its innovative approach and strong client relationships, the firm partners exclusively with business owners and their family groups to deliver tailored accounting, tax, and advisory solutions.
Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced
Manager to join their high-performing team.
Working closely with senior leaders, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, reviewing compliance work, delivering management reporting, and supporting a range of advisory projects. This position offers the opportunity to further develop your leadership, technical, and client-facing skills within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong client relationships
- Attend and contribute to client meetings
- Review financial statements and income tax returns
- Deliver monthly and quarterly management reports
- Assist with business advisory projects, including cashflow forecasting and budgeting
- Review BAS and work closely with bookkeeping teams
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Utilise modern accounting technology to improve client outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
About You
- 5+ years' experience within public practice accounting
- CA or CPA qualified
- Strong knowledge of Xero and cloud-based accounting systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Passionate about helping business clients achieve their goals
- Experience mentoring and developing junior staff
- Proactive, positive, and team-oriented approach
